Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people experiencing homelessness? We are looking for dedicated and proactive Front Line Officers to join our team. These roles are essential in helping deliver high-quality services across our Temporary Accommodation Placement Team, Temporary Accommodation Rent Collection Team, Hostel Services, and Business Support Services. As a Front Line Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth running of our operations. You’ll work closely with colleagues to manage essential tasks, respond to enquiries, maintain accurate records, and ensure that people using our services receive timely and effective support. What You’ll Be Doing • Supporting the coordination of placements into temporary accommodation. • Assisting with rent collection processes, including updating records and following up on payments. • Helping to manage bookings, service user information, and communication with housing providers. • Responding to queries from service users, colleagues, and partner organisations in a professional and compassionate manner. • Preparing letters, reports, and other documents to support service delivery • Contributing to the continuous improvement of our systems and processes

About you
We’re looking for individuals who are: • Organised and detail-focused, with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks. • Empathetic and approachable, with excellent communication skills. • Collaborative, able to work effectively with a wide range of teams and partners. • Confident using digital tools, including Microsoft Office and internal systems. • Adaptable and resilient, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in housing, homelessness, or public services is a plus, but not essential—we welcome candidates with transferable skills and a commitment to supporting vulnerable people.
