VP Product – SaaS & AI Transformation
Our client seeks a Senior Product Manager to take the helm of its flagship product. This high-revenue, service-driven platform with deep roots in the logistics industry is vital to the company’s success. It supports a pragmatic user base that values functionality over flash and reliability over unnecessary complexity.
As the driving force behind this transformation, you will prioritise AI integration to optimise workflows, reduce operational inefficiencies, and innovate behind the scenes without disrupting the trusted interface users rely on.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the strategy and evolution of the core product critical to organisational success.
Develop and deploy AI solutions like agent registries and binary classifiers to enhance efficiency while ensuring minimal user disruption.
Maintain a deep understanding of the pragmatic user base to prioritise essential functionality over superficial changes.
Work closely with operations teams to implement tactical changes and drive adoption while managing resistance effectively.
Introduce and test AI-powered features internally, mitigating risks before rolling them out externally.
Navigate resistance within a conservative organisational culture, acting as a persuasive, informed advocate for transformational change.
About You
Proven experience as a Product Leader, ideally with a background in SaaS, shipping, logistics, or other less advanced industries.
Strong understanding of AI, including generative AI and machine learning principles, enabling you to balance human expertise with automation.
Experience engaging with pragmatic, goal-oriented users who prioritize function and efficiency.
A background in UX research or scientific disciplines, with the ability to structure information and drive data-informed decisions.
Skilled at change management within resistant organisations, fostering collaboration across silos and building trust with stakeholders.
Exceptional presentation skills, with fluency in English and the ability to convey complex ideas effectively.
Can influence and manage without direct authority, guiding cross-functional teams towards shared goals.

Salary: £120,000 - £140,000 + bonus
