Detailed job description and main responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Management Team to help monitor strategic development and change management.
• Help and support the Digital SMT communicate complex information in a simple and understandable way to non-technical staff.
• Analyse and produce monthly reports of business planning performance data including comparison with contractual related information.
• Monitor the delivery of activity, raising concerns in a timely manner and identifying appropriate corrective actions.
• Follow and lead on improvement of existing processes which enable consistent and accurate business information collection to will inform future planning, service improvement and re-design within the organisation.
• Provide input into the planning of any service development including change within the division / directorate as appropriate, ensure that divisional / directorate objectives are affordable within available resources consistent with organisational strategy.
