Brief Description

We are looking for an experienced Early Years Professional to join a vibrant and friendly team in a well-established and respected nursery in the Battersea area to help oversee the day to day running of the setting as a Deputy Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• The Deputy Manager will be responsible in helping the Manager with the day to day running of the nursery.
• Running the nursery in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
• Assist in overseeing a team of Room Leaders and Practitioners to help ensure their jobs are done to the highest possible standard.
• The Deputy Manager will also be responsible for helping to keep parents informed of any key events or changes regarding the nursery.
