Your Purpose:

As a vital member of the Digital Team within our Programme Advisory group, you will have the opportunity to collaborate directly with our clients. You will be driven by a passion for solving complex challenges, providing expert guidance, and implementing innovative solutions. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and integrate the latest technologies, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), into all aspects of our operations, from project delivery to business development.

What you can bring:

• Strong Knowledge of Digital Technology- Expertise in applying digital technology to enhance business environments, optimizing operations, and driving growth.
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills- Proven ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally, fostering collaboration and alignment.
• Program and Project Management Understanding- Deep knowledge of Programme Advisory, Project Controls, and Project Management, with hands-on experience in Agile methodologies, estimating processes, and business process analysis.
• Data Management and Analysis- Skilled in transforming complex data sources into focused management information tailored for specific audiences, enabling informed decision-making.
• Interactive Dashboard Development- Experience in developing robust data models that support interactive dashboard visualizations, providing management insights and actionable intelligence.
• Information Management Expertise- Knowledgeable in best practices for information management, assurance, and security, including data standards, reporting, and analytics.
• Custom Application Solutions- Ability to design, develop, and deliver data management and custom application solutions using MS Power Platform technologies to support business strategies.
• Service Innovation and Technical Excellence- A proven track record of service innovation and technical excellence, driving the deployment of technology and systems across the construction industry.
• Relational Database Management Experience- Proficient in using relational database management systems, including Azure, SQL, and others.
• Project Management Information Systems Knowledge- Familiarity with Project Management Information Systems such as Primavera P6, Unifier, EcoSys, PM Web, Proliance, CEMAR, SmartSheets, etc.
