SEND Teaching Assistants
to join our friendly and supportive schools in the Lewisham area.
The Role :
Supporting pupils with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech & language difficulties, and social, emotional & behavioural needs.
Working 1 : 1 and in small groups to encourage engagement and learning.
Assisting the class teacher in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Helping with classroom management and adapting resources to meet individual needs.
What Were Looking For :
Experience working with children or young people with SEND (school-based or other settings).
Patient, caring, and resilient with strong communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
A genuine passion for supporting children to reach their full potential.
