Job descriptionManage leases, tenancy schedules, rent reviews, and lease renewals to maximise value Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and refurbishment projects Liaise with agents, surveyors, solicitors, contractors, and brokers Support service charge budgets, financial reporting, and insurance portfolio management Contribute to strategic asset planning and acquisitions Experience in commercial property management or similar, with strong knowledge of lease events and rent reviews Understanding of Landlord & Tenant Act and property management accounting Proactive, organised, and confident working independently and as part of a team Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills RICS qualified (Desirable) Full UK driving licence (Desirable) Take ownership of a major national property portfolio Work in a professional, supportive, and ambitious environment Influence strategic decisions and asset performance 5% pension Contribution
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to oversee a £800m+ national commercial property portfolio. This is a hands-on role where you'll manage day-to-day operations while also driving strategic asset growth and identifying new acquisition opportunities.
The Role :
- Office based, located in North London
- Hours 9am-5.30pm
- Salary £50k-£60k
