Head of Learning & Development - FMCG

Location : Buckinghamshire - hybrid 2 / 3 days a week in the office or out at operational sites

Salary : £70,000–£80,000 + benefits + car allowance + bonus

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Learning & Talent Development to lead the organisational learning and development strategy—enhancing capability at every level, from early careers to senior leadership. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing and evaluating learning outcomes across the organisation, as well as owning functional development programmes. Leading a team of L&D Specialists, you will build a centre of excellence that is both industry-leading and best-in-class.
