Location : Cardiff (Hybrid – with travel across Wales as required)

Contract Type : 12-month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover) / Secondment Opportunity

Salary : NHS Band 6 £39,263 - £47,280 (NHS Pension, 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays, NHS Discounts)

About the Role

As a People & Organisational Development Assistant Business Partner, you will :

• Support the P&OD Team to influence and drive the strategic people agenda.
• Help implement the People & OD Strategy, building trusted relationships with senior managers.
• Coach and support line managers to improve workforce plans and people management practices.
• Support workforce planning initiatives, including talent management and succession planning.
