Base pay range
Salary- up to £60,000
Work-pattern- Full time, Permanent- Monday to Friday, 40 hrs per week
Reporting to- Head of People
This role is fully remote however we do require flexibility to travel to London for People team meetings occasionally.

In this dynamic position, you’ll be at the heart of driving our People Roadmap, championing employee engagement, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. You will coach and support the People team to deliver people operations excellence, as well as providing guidance and development opportunities. You won’t just support the People leadership team – you’ll help shape it.
We’re looking for someone who’s not only passionate about people but also a trusted expert who can coach, influence, and partner with managers and teams across the business. Your voice will matter, your ideas will shape our processes, and your impact will be felt company-wide.
