£80,000-£90,000 + Travel + Bonus

London & Essex | Projects up to £10m

We are seeking a driven and ambitious M&E Contracts Manager to join a thriving projects division, delivering a diverse range of design & build schemes including new-build student accommodation, care homes, residential developments, and commercial projects - typically valued between £5m-£10m .

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business set to double in size , with a clear route to progress into Operations Manager within the next 12 months .

The Role

• Oversee delivery of four concurrent projects from Stage 3 design through to completion
• Manage design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of M&E works
• Lead and coordinate mechanical and electrical teams, whether directly or via subcontractors
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and the wider project team
• Ensure quality, programme, and commercial targets are achieved
• Drive best practice in health & safety and compliance
