Our client is a highly rated, publicly listed technology company looking for an Interim Head of Tax. This is initially a six month assignment whilst a permanent search is undertaken with a start date of late September ideally. The expectation is that the successful candidate will be office based at least 2 days a week.

Description

• Lead and manage the Tax team, with overall responsibility for managing tax affairs and compliance across the Group.
• Oversee and maintain the tax control environment, ensuring tax compliance across the Group.
• Partner with the UK and European Finance teams to ensure robust business processes that facilitate accurate accounting for transfer pricing, tax balances, VAT, R&D tax credits, patent box and other transactions.
