Technical Manager (Food Manufacturing)

As Technical Manager , you will lead technical compliance and support quality assurance and food safety teams across several UK-based manufacturing sites.

This is a pivotal role, ensuring the operation delivers safe, legal, and high-quality products while meeting customer and industry standards.

About the Role

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind food safety and quality culture. You'll oversee robust systems, manage audits, and ensure compliance with BRCGS, SQMS, Halal, and Kosher requirements.

With a strong focus on risk management and technical integrity, you'll provide leadership, guidance, and direction to supplier assurance, compliance, and specification teams.

The role is primarily based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire , but with travel to other sites around the Bedfordshire / Hertfordshire area.
