You will be responsible for, but not limited to :
- Managing the onboarding and training process for food technical teams, ensuring seamless adoption across manufacturing sites and supply chains
- Building strong, trusted relationships with technical teams to support their ongoing journey
- Presenting technical data persuasively to customers and at industry conferences
- Running customer meetings, addressing objections, and building conviction in new methods
- Supporting customer site visits across the UK and calls with international customers
- Helping improve technical processes, providing insight into areas such as shelf-life testing, microbial spoilage, and regulatory compliance
- Writing thought-leadership articles and technical insights for trade press and internal platforms
