We are working exclusively with a prestigious international law firm seeking a Real Estate Associate Solicitor (2-4 years PQE) to join its highly regarded London office. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated junior to mid-level lawyer to advance their career within one of the most dynamic real estate teams in the market.
The Role
You will focus on pure real estate transactions , working closely with senior associates and partners on a broad range of high-profile commercial property matters. The firm advises on some of the most significant deals in the sector, offering you exposure to complex, cutting-edge transactions and a client base that includes leading investors, developers, funds, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Advising on acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and asset management of high-value commercial real estate.
Supporting large-scale investment and development projects.
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts and transaction documents.
Collaborating with colleagues across departments on multi-disciplinary matters.
About You
Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2-4 years PQE .
Strong technical background in real estate transactions (training or post-qualification).
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Proactive, commercially minded, and a strong team player.
