Our client is a leading utilities contracting firm. They are seeking a driven and experienced Commercial Manager to join its team in the North West, UK.
This is a pivotal role, with the successful candidate taking full ownership of all commercial aspects of key projects, from initial tender and contract negotiation to financial close and final account settlement.
You will be responsible for proactively managing commercial risks, ensuring project profitability, and building strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
This position is ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in the utilities or civil engineering sector within the UK.
