We are now looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team at our offices in The Exchange in Birmingham, on a permanent, full-time basis.
The Role
As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will create and deliver engaging campaigns across a variety of digital and social media channels to increase engagement with our brand.
Specifically, you will optimise campaign performance and engage new audiences by creating authentic, compelling content for distribution via organic marketing strategies.
Using A/B testing and campaign analytics, you will examine which elements of campaigns have been successful and use this data to inform future campaigns and maximise impact.
Additionally, you will:
- Monitor developments in marketing tools and technologies
- Schedule organic social posts
- Report on, and analyse, organic performance
Who we’re looking for
An expert online marketing professional. We’re looking for someone with experience of successfully delivering paid and organic social media campaigns across Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter.
An analytically gifted individual. You will need the ability to draw meaningful insights from Google Analytics and large data set analyses.
An authentic and fluent communicator. We’re looking for a professional who can engage our audiences with compelling and targeted content, using excellent spelling and grammar.
Ideally, you will have knowledge of landing page optimisation tools and experience of using Google and other social channels. A degree (or equivalent) in either marketing, business or a related field would be advantageous.
