Job description

Ideal role for an ambitious marketing executive with 2 years plus in-house experience or Marketing Account Executive to client facing experience looking for a step up to Marketing Account Manager position.

We’re on the lookout for a Marketing Account Manager with a creative personality, team spirit and a switched-on marketing brain.

This is a hybrid role 3 days from home 2 days a week in the Farnham Office.

Digital Account Manager Responsibilities include :

  • Obtaining an understanding of a client’s objectives, target audiences and messaging to ensure marketing campaigns always reflect this.
  • Managing a set of clients and delivering campaigns on time
  • Consult with clients and turn negatives into positives
  • Deliver presentations
  • Taking a brief from clients and presenting recommendations and new ideas
  • Agreeing timescales and budgets for campaigns and extra projects
  • Analysing, interpret and present campaign results to clients monthly
  • Successfully maintaining client relationships
  • The ideal Digital Account Manager will :

  • 2-5 years digital marketing experience essential
  • Experience in digital marketing skills including websites, e-campaigns and social media
  • Agency or In-house experience but must have ability to design and deliver multiple campaigns
  • Proven ability to adapt tone and messaging according to the audience and context of campaigns
  • A confident user of MS Office and experience of using different marketing tools.
  • Experience of using Google Analytics, SEO advantageous.
  • Campaign planning and delivery including contributing to team brainstorming.
