We are seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Quality Business Partner to provide group-level support across two operational waste management sites. Reporting to the Head of HSEQ and working alongside an Environmental Business Partner, you will provide practical advice, coach operational leaders and strengthen health, safety and quality performance during an important period of business transition. The organisation is working towards a planned sale, expected to conclude by June 2027.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert health, safety and quality advice to senior operational teams
- Leading audits, inspections and incident investigations
- Supporting ISO 45001 and ISO 9001 management systems
- Monitoring performance, identifying trends and ensuring corrective actions arepleted
- Coaching managers and embedding a proactive, risk-based safety culture
About you
This is a senior level role, and you will need significant experience in an operational or industrial environment, strong stakeholder management skills and a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent Level 6 qualification. Quality management and lead auditor experience would be highly desirable.
This is an inside IR35 assignment, paying £350 to £450 per day Umbrella PAYE, with support anticipated until March 2027.
