Rate: £450-£500 per day (Inside IR35)

Your New Role

Hays Technology are recruiting for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join a large public sector organisation undergoing a significant programme of digital transformation.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in modernising business processes, improving data quality and delivering automation solutions that create measurable operational efficiencies. Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will identify opportunities to streamline manual processes and develop innovative solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform.

The successful candidate will befortable engaging directly with business users, gathering requirements and taking ownership of solutions from design through to deployment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing, developing and supporting solutions using Power Apps.
• Building automated workflows and business processes using Power Automate.
• Working with stakeholders to gather, analyse and refine requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to improve and automate manual processes.
• Integrating solutions across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse and related technologies.
• Supporting testing, deployment and user adoption activities.
• Ensuring solutions adhere toernance, security and accessibility standards.
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice across the Power Platform estate.
  What You'll Need to Succeed
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and best practice across the Power Platform estate.
• Provenmercial experience developing solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience delivering end-to-end application and workflow solutions.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement andmunication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working independently within a fast-paced delivery environment.
  
  Desirable Experience
  
• Experience working within the public sector or wider regulated environments.
• Knowledge of Dataverse and Power Platformernance.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Understanding of accessibility, security andpliance best practices.
