SEN Support Worker - Build Confidence & Independence

Bluebird Care is seeking a Children's Support Worker to assist children with Special Educational Needs in homes, schools, and communities. You will help children develop independence, confidence, and meaningful experiences in a safe environment.

The role requires Level 2/3 Health & Social Care or SEN qualification, with driving license and access to a vehicle. Training in PBS, safeguarding, paediatric first aid, and ongoing professional development are provided.
