full-time Commercial Window & Exterior Cleaner

to join their professional team.

What's on Offer £27,000 - £32,000 basic salary

(depending on experience) £650 joining bonus

following successful completion of probation Monthly performance bonus

- up to 15% additional earnings Paid overtime , including Saturdays 28 days' paid holiday

Working Hours Monday to Friday:

07:00 - 16:00 Overtime and occasional weekend work available

Key Responsibilities Internal and external window cleaning Operating reach & wash systems, ladders, and MEWPs Carrying out pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and graffiti removal Working safely at height in line with regulations Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site

Candidate Requirements Full, clean UK driving licence (essential) Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, or working at height is advantageous but

not essential , as full training will be provided Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively within a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Location Oxford, Oxfordshire Local applications only
