The Role
Teach Geography across KS3 and KS4.
Deliver engaging lessons covering physical landscapes, human geography and environmental challenges.
Develop students' map-reading, data interpretation and geographical enquiry skills.
Prepare learners for assessments and GCSE examination requirements.
Contribute to fieldwork planning and wider curriculum enrichment where appropriate.
The Candidate
Holds QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Has secure subject knowledge across the secondary Geography curriculum.
Can use case studies, visual resources and practical activities to engage students.
Differentiates lessons to meet a range of learning needs.
Works effectively with colleagues to support consistent student progress.
