Pay & Benefits

• Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 basic per annum (DOE) + realistic monthly performance bonus (OTE up to £36,000)
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) + 1 in 3 Saturdays (8:30 AM – 1:00 PM / half-day rota)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and friendly Service Advisor / Aftersales Advisor to join our busy dealership team in Ashford. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our dealership, welcoming customers, managing their service or repair bookings from start to finish, and ensuring an exceptional overall customer experience while maximising upselling opportunities.

Requirements

• Background in a customer-facing role (Automotive Service Advisor, Aftersales Executive, or high-volume Retail / Hospitality environment).
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for building lasting customer relationships.
• Methodical, organised, and confident using sales skills to recommend products and services tailored to customer needs.
• Excellent communication and administrative abilities under fast-paced workshop conditions.
• Full UK driving licence preferred.

• Base:Ashford (Free secure on-site parking).
