We are looking for *Supervisor *to join the team. *Role Type : Full time* *Number of hours : 40* In this role, you will play a part in supporting the day-to-day operation of the caf , leading shifts, coaching the team and ensuring outstanding food quality, service and operational standards.

Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll help create a welcoming environment for members while driving excellent customer service, food safety and team performance. *The Role* * Support the day-to-day running of the caf , leading shifts and ensuring smooth operations. * Coach and support Team Members to deliver exceptional customer service and food quality. * Ensure brand, food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times. * Oversee food and beverage preparation, ensuring consistency and presentation standards are met. * Monitor stock levels, complete ordering and support stock control processes. * Resolve customer queries professionally and support the team during busy trading periods. * Assist with onboarding and training new team members while reinforcing operational standards. * Maintain accurate operational records, food safety documentation and daily checklists. * Work collaboratively with the Virgin Active team to deliver a seamless member experience. * Support the Store Manager in achieving operational and commercial objectives. *Who We're Looking For* * Food Safety Level 3 qualification. * Food Allergy and Intolerance Training. * Previous supervisory experience within hospitality, food service or retail is preferred. * Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail. * Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures. * Flexible approach to working early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. *What You'll Get* * The opportunity to be part of a brand redefining the future of wellness * A premium environment with industry-leading facilities * Development and progression opportunities aligned to your level * Access to a vibrant, engaged member community * The platform to build your career, reputation and impact *OUR PERKS* * 30 days annual leave * Pension fund * 50% discount on Kauai meals while on duty * Complimentary Virgin Active membership for yourself Pay Range 13.10— 14.65 GBP
