Chef de Partie - The Wheatsheaf
Chef de Partie - The Wheatsheaf
Join our kitchen team at The Wheatsheaf!
We're looking for an enthusiastic, talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at The Wheatsheaf in Tooting Bec, a much-loved local institution serving what we like to think is the best Sunday Roast in the SW (although we might be slightly biased!).
We're all about great food, quality ingredients and a kitchen team that takes pride in what they do. We cook everything fresh, work with fantastic suppliers like HG Walter, and keep things exciting with a regularly changing menu that gives us plenty of opportunity to get creative.
What makes us special?
You'll be joining a kitchen led by our brilliant Head Chef, Max, who genuinely cares about developing his team. You'll have the chance to learn new skills, contribute ideas, get involved in recipe creation and grow as a chef in a supportive, passionate environment.
We're also part of Urban Pubs & Bars, one of the UK's fastest-growing hospitality businesses. That means you'll benefit from genuine career progression opportunities, great job security and competitive pay, all while being part of a pub that's at the heart of its local community.
What we're looking for:
- A passionate chef who loves cooking fresh, quality food.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and has a great eye for detail.
- A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Someone who enjoys a busy kitchen and thrives on delivering great food.
- A chef who wants to develop their skills and progress their career.
Why join us?
- Competitive pay.
- Real opportunities for career development and progression.
- The chance to work with quality ingredients and excellent suppliers.
- A Head Chef who will support your growth and encourage your creativity.
- A welcoming team and a fantastic local pub to call home.
If you're looking for a kitchen where you can cook great food, develop your skills and be part of a brilliant team, we'd love to hear from you!
Come and join us at The Wheatsheaf, Tooting Bec, and help us keep serving the kind of food that brings people together. ?
