At Wells & Co, hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an energetic, hands-on Hospitality Trainer to work across our UK managed pub estate, helping teams build confidence, develop their skills and deliver brilliant guest experiences every day.

Working in our pubs daily, you'll spot opportunities to improve performance and bring learning to life where it matters most. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact across the business, helping colleagues grow, teams perform and guests leave wanting to come back.

We're looking for someone with a proven hospitality background with a passion for coaching, a confident trainer and facilitator, and skilled at turning operational standards into engaging, practical learning that drives performance.

Position

• Working closely with our General Managers, Operations Managers and Learning & Development team to drive performance and development across the business
• Identifying training and development needs across our managed houses
• Coaching pub teams to deliver exceptional hospitality and service standards
• Supporting managers to develop their teams through practical coaching and feedback
• Delivering engaging training sessions, workshops and inductions
• Building capability in everything from food and drink service to commercial awareness, cellar management and guest experience
• Supporting operational change and helping teams embed new ways of working
• Measure the impact of training and share best practice across the business

Requirements

• A high-performing operator with experience delivering hospitality training, coaching or team development
• Natural people developer with a genuine passion for hospitality and helping others succeed
• Confident facilitator able to engage groups of different sizes
• The confidence to engage, inspire and influence people at all levels
• Excellent observation and listening skills, with the ability to spot opportunities for improvement
• Ability to create training materials and practical learning resources
• Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage a varied and fast-paced workload
