ServiceNow Project Manager

12-month fixed-term contract Circa £70,000 per annum Location: Cambridgeshire / Hybrid

Exalto Consulting is recruiting an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Project Manager to lead the delivery of service management projects within a complex business environment.

This is an opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, technology teams, and specialist delivery partners to improve service management processes and user experience.

The opportunity

You will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow ITSM projects, managing implementations and enhancements across multiple teams and business functions.

You will bring structure to delivery, coordinate competing priorities, and ensure projects achieve meaningful business outcomes within agreed timescales and budgets.

What you'll be doing

Leading ServiceNow ITSM projects from initiation through implementation and operational handover.

Managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies.

Coordinating internal teams, ServiceNow specialists, and third-party delivery partners.

Building relationships with business and technology stakeholders.

Maintaining clear project governance, reporting, and communication.

Supporting improvements across Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalogue management.

Ensuring delivered solutions improve operational efficiency, service quality, and user experience.

What you'll bring

A proven track record of delivering ServiceNow ITSM projects as a Project Manager.

Strong knowledge of IT Service Management principles and processes.

Experience delivering technology projects within complex organisations.

Confidence managing stakeholders across different functions and levels of seniority.

Experience managing multiple workstreams and external suppliers.

Strong planning, communication, and leadership skills.

A structured, practical approach to governance, risk management, and project delivery.

Wider ServiceNow platform knowledge, technology transformation experience, and qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications would also be advantageous.
