An opportunity has arisen within NHS Lothian Oral Health Service for a permanent post as a Registered Dental Nurse. The post is contracted to 36 hours per week – 5 full days: Monday 08.24 – 16.30, Tuesday to Friday 8.24 – 16.00.

The post will be based within the Edinburgh West Team, which incorporates dental clinics within the following locations:

• Wester Hailes Healthy Living Centre
• Sighthill Health Centre
• Pennywell All Care Centre
• Braidburn and Oaklands special schools

The Service provides dental care for adult and paediatric patients who are referred to the Service for a variety of specialist care requirements.

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic team player with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. Active DCP registration with the GDC is required to progress applications.

This is an exciting opportunity for a committed individual to provide efficient and effective support to the dental team within the Oral Health Service.
