Location: Oxfordshire Contract: Initial 3-Month Contract IR35 Status: Outside IR35 (subject to status determination) Working Arrangement: Full-Time, Onsite Start Date: ASAP About the Role Morson is recruiting on behalf of a Formula One Client for an experienced HyperMill Programmer to support their manufacturing operations. Working within a high-performance motorsport environment, you will be responsible for developing and optimising CNC programs for the manufacture of complex, precision-engineered components. This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class engineering team working on cutting-edge projects within Formula One. Key Responsibilities * Create, develop and optimise CNC programs using HyperMill * Produce efficient machining strategies for complex components * Support the manufacture of high-precision parts in a fast-paced environment * Work closely with Manufacturing Engineers, Machinists and Production teams * Assist with machining prove-outs and process improvements * Ensure programs meet quality, accuracy and productivity requirements * Troubleshoot programming and machining issues when required Essential Requirements * Strong experience using HyperMill * Proven CNC programming experience within a precision engineering environment * Experience programming multi-axis machining centres * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and CAD models * Strong understanding of machining processes and manufacturing methods * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Desirable Experience * Motorsport, Formula One or aerospace experience * Experience working with complex, high-tolerance components * Understanding of high-performance manufacturing environments JBRP1_UKTJ
