Section Engineer

We require a Section Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis. We have projects across the UK ranging from roads & highway upgrades, bridges, water treatment plants etc. Candidates that are interested in this role must be able to travel and stay away throughout the week. This is a full-time site-based role for a Section Engineer. The Section Engineer will manage junior engineers and assist the Sub-Agent in construction operations, personally demonstrating a positive culture including key values & behaviours of Safety and Quality. Daily tasks include: * Regular communication and reporting to multiple stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of projects, including coordination of subcontractors. * Allocate labour, plant, materials and temporary works to carry out activities to the required standards, programme and budget. * Assist with the production of programmes, progress reports, material procurement, resource and cost plans. * Identify and resolve technical problems on site in li...
