We'd like you to join us as a Chef at our service, Kibblesworth Neurological Rehabilitation Centre.
Kibblesworth Neurological Rehabilitation Centre is a purpose-built 16-bed service offering access to a broad range of rehabilitation. From clinically led therapies to the rehabilitation equipment, patients are able to focus on their recovery with 24/7 support.
What you'll be working:
- Part-time 28 hours.
- Salary: £26,884.93 FTE Per Annum (Pro rata)
- Rota: Week 1 - Monday, Thursday, Friday. Week 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday. All 9am-5pm
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare, cook and present high-quality meals, including catering for special dietary requirements, while following planned menus.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with HACCP, Safer Food Better Business, COSHH and relevant food legislation.
- Support the efficient day-to-day running of the kitchen, minimising food waste and ensuring food quality, temperature and presentation standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records relating to food production, stock and kitchen activities as required.
- Promote a positive dining experience and build effective relationships with service users, visitors and colleagues.
