A great opportunity to join a leading Contract Caterer in a lovely site based in London City, this is to lead a staff dining kitchen and manage a kitchen team of 3/4. This is purely the staff dining side as there is a separate hospitality kitchen on site.
This is a Monday to Friday role only with no evenings or weekends required. You will cater for around 250 - 300 on a daily basis and will have breakfast service and lunch to cater for. This will be Hot Main, Grab and Go, Deli Bar, Composite Salads and Theme Bar.
This role would suit an experienced staff dining head chef from a contract catering background who has good experience of street food concepts and what is hot on the high street. Alternatively a strong Sous Chef or Senior Sous chef looking for their 1st Head Chef role
As with most sites your key busy days will be Tue-Thu and quieter on Monday and Friday. You will need experience in writing weekly menus's and have good knowledge of allergen awareness and costings.
