Job Title: CNC Turner (Programmer/Setter OR Setter/Operator) Salary: £18.00 – £22.00 per hour (Dependent on experience) + Extensive Overtime & Benefits Shift: Days / Mon-Fri, Early Finish Fridays About Us We are an established, high-precision engineering manufacturing business based near Southend-on-Sea. Due to sustained growth, we are looking for a skilled CNC Turner to join our close-knit workshop team. Whether you are a seasoned Programmer/Setter looking for a new challenge or a skilled Setter/Operator ready to take the next step, we want to hear from you. The Role You will set and operate (or fully program, depending on your skill level) CNC Lathes utilizing Fanuc controls. Working directly from engineering drawings, you will produce critical, low-volume components to exceptionally tight tolerances.
