Sous Chef (Full-Time)

We're a busy, high-volume brunch restaurant with a loyal following, and we're now building something special in the evenings. Our night time offering began with wood-fired pizza, and we're launching an exciting new small plates menu to take it further. Our open-plan kitchen is the heart of the restaurant, full of energy, pace and a real sense of team. With brunch going strong and serious investment going into our evenings, this is a brilliant time to join us.

The Role

We're looking for a talented, flexible Sous Chef to join our experienced kitchen team and help drive our evenings forward. You'll work across both sides of the business. By day that means fast-paced brunch service. By night it means our new small plates menu alongside our established pizza offering, with steaks, fish, pasta, meatballs and smash burgers.

It's a hands-on role for someone who loves cooking across different styles and wants a real part in shaping our night time menu as it grows.

Your Hours

You'll work a great mix of shifts across the week:

• Brunch shifts: busy, high-energy daytime service, finishing by 5pm
• Evening shifts: cooking our new small plates menu alongside our wood-fired pizza
