Location: O’Farrell Dental, Newry, BT34 1EY
Hours: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Salary: Discussed at interview, depending on qualifications and experience

We’re looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Qualified Dental Nurse or experienced Trainee Dental Nurse to join our established team at O’Farrell Dental in Newry.

Your Role
You’ll help patients feel comfortable and support the smooth running of the practice by:
- Providing chairside assistance during examinations and treatments.
- Preparing surgeries, instruments and materials.
- Maintaining excellent infection control and decontamination standards.
- Supporting accurate patient records and providing reassurance to patients.
- Keeping surgeries organised and well supplied.
Trainees will receive guidance and support as they develop their skills.
What You’ll Bring
You’ll be either:
- A GDC-registered Qualified Dental Nurse, or
- An experienced Trainee Dental Nurse working towards qualification, with previous dental practice experience.
A caring approach, attention to detail and reliable teamwork are essential, along with a positive attitude and enthusiasm for patient care.
