On is on a mission to ignite the human spirit through movement, and we're building a supply chain to match our ambition. We are looking for a visionary AI Product Leader to join our Supply Chain Technology team and revolutionize how our products get to our customers.

This isn't just about managing inventory. It's about building an AI-first intelligence hub from the ground up. You will be the architect of our future, transitioning our core logic from a rules-based system to a predictive, fully Machine Learning-driven model that can anticipate and react to market shifts in real time.

Your Mission

  • Own the Engine: Take command of our current real-time inventory visibility and inventory allocation system, stabilizing its performance while masterminding its evolution into a world-class ML platform.
  • Lead the ML Transition: Partner directly with Supply Chain Operations to build trust in algorithmic decision-making and guide the seamless transition to a fully automated, ML-powered model.
  • Design the Brains: Partner closely with our Data Science & AI teams to architect and guide the development of ML optimization engines, optimizing first allocation (initial launch placement) and balancing the cost of over- vs. under-allocating across our global channels.
  • Build the Future with AI Agents: Create and deploy real-time AI agents that scan news, social media, and market signals, automatically rebalancing our inventory ahead of the curve.
  • Champion True Product Leadership: Drive a clear vision and strategy for your domain, empowering our science and engineering teams to solve foundational business problems with cutting-edge technology.

Your story

  • A Proven Product Leader: You have 8+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, with a strong background in both Supply Chain Optimization and Machine Learning.
  • A Systems Thinker: You have a proven track record of migrating complex legacy or heuristic systems to sophisticated, ML-driven models that listen to and connect with different systems across the tech landscape.
  • Scientifically Minded: You work closely with Data Science & AI teams, diving deep into data and optimization models, probabilistic forecasting, and weighing trade-offs like over- vs. under-allocation for first allocation.
  • An AI Visionary: You possess a strong grasp of modern AI capabilities, from NLP and processing unstructured data to building autonomous, decision‑making workflows.
  • Outcome-Obsessed: You are a true product person who focuses on measurable business outcomes, continuous discovery, and leading with a clear "why."

Your team

You will be part of a cross-functional team consisting of engineers, product managers and functional consultants that implement features from design to deployment, being responsible and in charge of the full process and delivery.
