We are seeking a dedicated Complex Health Needs SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Merton, supporting pupils aged 3-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties, physical and sensory disabilities, autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), and complex medical needs. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who can provide compassionate, personalised support and help pupils feel safe, comfortable and ready to engage in learning. The Role As a Complex Health Needs SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers, healthcare professionals and other support staff to meet pupils' individual needs. Responsibilities will include: Providing one-to-one and small-group support throughout the school day. Supporting pupils with personal care, hygiene, dressing and toileting where required. Following individual healthcare plans and established care procedures. Supporting pupils with complex health needs under appropriate guidance and training.
