At Gist, part of the M&S Group, we're looking for Christmas Warehouse Operatives to join our team at Wardpark on a fixed-term contract, helping us keep M&S stores stocked throughout the festive season.

To make the season even sweeter, eligible colleagues can receive a Christmas bonus of up to £1,100!
The role at a glance
- Pay: £13.65 base rate per hour plus unsocial and weekend premiums
- Location: Wardpark
- Contract: Christmas Fixed Term Contract
- Contract dates: Temporary contract until the 2nd of January, with the opportunity for a permanent position
- Hours: 40 hours
- Day shift: 12:00-21:00pm
- Night shift: 16:00-01:00am
- Christmas bonus: up to £1,100 (subject to T&Cs)
Be part of something special this Christmas
Christmas is a busy time in our warehouses, and every member of the team has an important part to play.
You'll help make sure M&S stores have the products customers are looking forward to, from everyday essentials to those extra-special festive treats.
Your day could include:
- Picking and preparing products ready for delivery to M&S stores
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Checking and scanning stock to make sure everything is accurate
- Moving products safely around the warehouse
- Using warehouse equipment and systems, with full training provided
- Working closely with your teammates to keep everything running smoothly
- Making sure safety and quality remain a priority, even during our busiest days
Working environment: Chilled and ambient
It's a hands-on role where you'll be active throughout your shift, but you won't be doing it alone. You'll have a supportive team around you, with full training and PPE provided.
