A highly regarded South East law firm is seeking an ambitious and entrepreneurial Commercial Litigation Partner with expertise in Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) disputes to join its growing Brighton office.

The Opportunity
The team advises businesses, entrepreneurs, owner-managed companies, and private clients on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, with particular expertise in:
- Technology disputes
- Intellectual property litigation
- Media and reputation management matters
- Data protection and privacy disputes
- Commercial contract and shareholder disputes
- Cyber-related litigation and risk management
- Alternative dispute resolution, mediation, and arbitration
- High Court and multi-track commercial litigation
About You
The successful candidate is likely to be:
- An established Commercial Litigation Partner, or a senior lawyer ready to make the step into partnership
- Experienced handling complex, high-value commercial disputes
- Technically strong with a pragmatic and commercially focused approach
- Skilled at building and maintaining long-term client relationships
- Entrepreneurial, ambitious, and motivated to contribute to the growth of a specialist practice
- Experienced in business development and building referral networks
- A collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring and developing colleagues
- Commercially aware with a strong understanding of client objectives and risk management
