Head of Service and Director of People

with the implementation and delivery of relevant

ER people strategy objectives Produce and analyse key

including sickness and

formal case work Benefits: £47,000 - £49000

per annum Salary potentially negotiable depending on experience 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays Experience required: CIPD Level 5 required

as an absolute minimum Extensive, demonstrable experience leading
