Senior Power Platform Developer

Mainly remote| Salary up to £75k (Depending on experience)

Join a fast-growing, AI-focused Microsoft consultancy working with enterprise clients across the UK and internationally. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for a developer who wants to lead the build without leaving it. You’ll own how your workstream is engineered and still build every week, taking on the hardest parts yourself. There’s a real, short path into technical leadership or Solution Architecture for the right person.

What you’ll do

• Own the technical design of your workstream: data model, components, integrations, error handling and security


• Lead and mentor a team of developers, reviewing apps, flows, plug-ins and agents before they reach test


• Extend the platform with code where low-code runs out, using C# plug-ins, PCF, TypeScript or Azure Functions


• Build production-ready Copilot Studio agents and estimate their Copilot Credit consumption before anything is built


• Set up and run deployment pipelines, ALM and automated testing so fixes reach production cleanly


• Advise clients on build options and trade-offs, and lead workstreams through UAT and go-live

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ hands-on Power Platform experience, including leading the build on at least one production workstream


• ALM you’ve set up yourself (Power Platform Pipelines, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions), not just used


• The Power Platform Developer Associate certification (PL-400), either active or expired


• Pro-code experience extending Power Platform, using C#, JavaScript or TypeScript, PCF, or Azure Functions


• Strong Dataverse design and security, plus integration at volume (REST, OAuth, custom connectors)


• Copilot Studio agents built and shipped to real users


• A clear communicator who can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders


• You live in the UK and have the right to work here (no sponsorship available)


• Microsoft Certifications: Power Platform Developer PL-400 or AB-400

Nice to have

• Advanced Copilot Studio skills (autonomous agents, MCP tools), or Azure AI Foundry


• Dynamics 365 CE, a Microsoft partner background or regulated-sector experience


• Experience setting team rules for AI coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude Code
