We are looking for a Sous Chef and we are working with a lovely Private Education site based in North West London, this is a large operation and you need experience in working in large scale operations, ideally from within Education but a strong banqueting background could be suitable.


This role is working Mainly Monday to Friday with some weekends and early evenings required so you will need to be flexible with your working pattern. During Term time it will be a lot of Mon-Fri shifts and over summer months there will be a lot of evening events such as BBQs and Canape Events as well as buffet and bowl food functions.


The Sous Chef will work in a team of around 10+ Chefs and you will work under a Head Chef and also an Exec Chef on site so good support. The kitchen produces around 900-1100 lunches each day so good organisational skills will be required.
