Location: Imperial War Museum London

Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum

Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week, 5 over 7 days including evenings and weekends where required.

We're currently on the lookout for an experienced Supervisor, to join us at Imperial War Museum to work across both the events and retail cafe operation on site. This role will cover the C&E Operations Manager on days off and annual leave, as well as supervise teams when there are multiple events on site. You will also be expected to work in a supervisory capacity in the busy on site cafe, whereby a full array of hot and cold food and drinks are served. This role would be well suited to an individual that has worked in both a visitor cafe/restaurant environment as well as covering events and hospitality.

As a Supervisor, you will be overseeing the delivery of the high-class service on site as part of the day-to-day operation and consistently delivering a high standard of service to all the guests that come through the door.

This role requires you to be responsible for the completion and overseeing of a variety of tasks, including basic food production & preparation, customer service, and supporting the overall catering operations while ensuring compliance with all Health and Food Safety regulations.
