  • System Management: Maintain accurate accounting records using school finance packages (e.g., SIMS FMS, Access Education, PS Financials/IRIS, or RM Finance).

  • Parental Payments: Oversee online school payment portals (e.g., ParentPay, SchoolGateway, Arbor) for school meals, clubs, and educational visits.

  • Financial Reporting & Audit Prep: Assist the School Business Manager with monthly budget monitoring, end-of-year accounts, VAT returns, and audit preparation.

  • High level of numerical accuracy, strong organizational skills, and strict attention to detail.

  • Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to complete one).

  • A warm, community-focused primary school environment.

  • A supportive administrative and leadership team.

  • Excellent public transport links across Southwark and Central/South London (Northern Line, Overground, and national rail routes).
