An opportunity to join a quality hotel's fine-dining brasserie, delivering excellent service in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
This role would suit an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys delivering excellent table service, has a genuine interest in food and beverages, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, relaxed and refined dining experience.

The Role
* Provide attentive table service and manage your own section.
* Present menus, explain dishes and recommend food, wine and beverages.
* Maintain high service standards, table presentation and smooth service.
* Build knowledge of menus, specials, allergens and beverages.
* Work closely with kitchen and restaurant colleagues to deliver an excellent guest experience.
* Support junior team members and assist with service preparation and closing duties.
* Follow brand, hygiene, health and safety standards.

About You
* 1-3 year's experience in a quality restaurant, fine-dining establishment or luxury hotel.
* Confident table service skills and excellent attention to detail.
* Good food and beverage knowledge.
* Friendly, professional and comfortable working in a busy environment.
* A supportive team player with a passion for guest service.
