Interim Management AccountantPlymouth | Manufacturing Sector | Up to £250 per day | 9-Month Contract | Immediate Start | 5 days per week onsite.

A manufacturing organisation based in Plymouth is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join the team on an initial 9-month interim contract.

This is a hands-on role supporting the finance function through a busy period, providing accurate financial reporting, budgeting support and commercial insight to aid business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Variance analysis and commentary
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Cost and stock analysis
• Supporting year-end and audit activities
• Business partnering with operational stakeholders
• Assisting with process improvements across the finance function

About You

• Qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), part-qualified or qualified by experience
• Previous experience in a management accounting role
• Manufacturing experience would be advantageous but is not essential
• Strong Excel skills
• Able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Available to start at short notice
