· Producing routine recruitment data and reports
· Reviewing our referencing tracker and signing off pre-employment checks, including references, right to work and DBS
· Confirming each new cohort of starters is ready for payroll sign-off
· Supporting hiring managers with onboarding and supporting internal moves
· Keeping recruitment records accurate, secure and in line with GDPR
· Acting as a first point of contact for candidates and making sure everyone has a positive experience
What we are looking for
· Experience of administration in a recruitment, HR or busy office environment
· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage several campaigns at once
· Experience of using an applicant tracking system, HRIS or similar database
· Knowledge of safer recruitment practice and UK GDPR
· Clear, professional communication and excellent customer service skills
· A commitment to Pact's values and empathy with the children and families of prisoners
It would be great if you also have a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or are working towards one), experience of reviewing pre-employment checks, or experience in the charity or criminal justice sector.
Please note this role may be subject to a change in hours to full time (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
