Powder Coater

Engineering @ 365 are working with a client based in Leicester seeking a skilled and hands-on Powder Coater to join their busy Finishing Department. Start Date: A.S.A.P. Hourly Rate: Dependent on skills and experience Hours of Work: 7am – 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. Additional shifts will be required as and when needed. The successful candidate will be working on the afternoon/evening shift to ensure workload demands are achieved. Job Overview: This is an exciting opportunity to join a hands-on finishing team within a fast-paced department. You will be responsible for delivering a high-quality powder coated finish across a wide range of products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong practical background who takes pride in producing excellent work to tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: * Loading the track correctly. * Powder coating to the required standard. * Wet painting to the required standard. * Unloading the track. * Quality control of work. * Other duties as required (the role will include but not be limited to the above). Experience and Characteristics Required: * Skilled powder coating experience is essential. * Wet paint experience is an advantage. * Ability to deal with a demanding, high-pressure role. * Good eye for detail. * Positive “can do” attitude, with the ability to think on your feet. * Able to work using your own initiative, ...
