Part-Time Romanian-Speaking Account Manager Recruitment Agency | £13.50 per hour Are you fluent in Romanian and English, enjoy working with people, and have excellent organisational skills? We are looking for a Romanian-Speaking Account Manager to join our busy recruitment team on a part-time basis. This is a varied, hands-on role involving candidate resourcing, interviewing and delivering inductions, helping us provide an excellent service to our clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities * Resourcing and recruiting suitable candidates for available roles. * Interviewing and screening candidates to assess their suitability. * Delivering candidate inductions and ensuring all relevant information is provided. * Communicating with Romanian-speaking candidates to support them throughout the recruitment process. * Building positive relationships with candidates and supporting their ongoing employment. * Providing general recruitment and account management support as required. Requirements * Fluent Romanian and English language skills. * A full, valid driving licence. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks. * A proactive, reliable and flexible approach to work. * Previous recruitment or account management experience would be an advantage.
